BlushReads Terms of Service

Effective date: August 3, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and NYXEL LIMITED ("we," "us," or "our") about your use of the BlushReads website and related services. Please read them. By creating an account or using BlushReads, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who Can Use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to create an account or use the Service. By accessing or using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we may suspend or close that account.

Your Account

When you first visit BlushReads, we create a guest account for you and store an identifier in a cookie. This lets us remember your reading progress, settings, coins, and purchases while you browse. You can sign in with Google at any time to secure your account, keep it across devices and browsers, and avoid losing your data if you clear your cookies

In the future we may offer sign-in by email address and other third-party logins.

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Give us accurate information, and keep it up to date.

Tell us right away if you think someone has used your account without permission.

You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to someone else.

Coins, VIP, and Purchases

BlushReads offers paid features. Here's how they work:

Coins (or similar virtual items) can be bought on the site and used to unlock chapters. Coins have no cash value, are not real money, and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred off the site.

VIP and SVIP are paid memberships that give benefits such as discounts or access to more content. The exact benefits are described on the site and may change over time.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel beforehand. You can cancel in your account settings or through your PayPal account.

Prices are shown on the site before you buy. We may change prices going forward, but changes won't affect a subscription period you've already paid for.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal. When you buy coins or a membership, you authorize PayPal to charge you the amount shown. We don't see or store your full payment details. If a payment fails, we may pause your access to paid features until it's resolved.

Refunds

Except where the law requires otherwise, coins and completed purchases are generally non-refundable, and coins that have already been used cannot be refunded. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at contact@blushreads.com and we'll look into it. You may also have rights through PayPal's own buyer policies.

License to Use the Service

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BlushReads for your own enjoyment. You may not copy, resell, or commercially exploit the site or its content.

Content and Intellectual Property

The books, text, artwork, logos, and software on BlushReads are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Buying coins or a membership gives you access to read content on the site — it does not give you ownership of that content. You may not download, copy, distribute, or share the content off the site, or remove any copyright notices.

Copyright and DMCA Notices

We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. If you believe content on BlushReads infringes your copyright, you can send us a takedown notice under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and we will respond appropriately, which may include removing the content and, where warranted, terminating repeat infringers.

To be valid, your notice must be in writing and include:

Your physical or electronic signature (or that of someone authorized to act for the copyright owner).

Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.

Identification of the infringing material and enough detail for us to find it, such as its URL.

Your contact details — name, address, phone number, and email.

A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Send your notice to our copyright agent at contact@blushreads.com (subject line: "DMCA Notice"). A notice missing any of the elements above may not be valid. If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may send us a counter-notice with similar information. Please note that knowingly making a false claim in a notice or counter-notice may make you liable for damages.

Acceptable Use

When using the site, you agree not to:

Break any law or infringe anyone's rights.

Copy, record, scrape, or redistribute books or other content.

Try to hack, reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the site or its security.

Use bots, cheats, or exploits to obtain coins, VIP benefits, or content without paying.

Post or send content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, or harmful, or impersonate others.

Upload, post, or transmit content that contains or involves illegal material, including but not limited to CSAM/CSEM (Child Sexual Abuse Material / Child Sexual Exploitation Material), rape, incest, or bestiality. We remove such content immediately and terminate the responsible account.

Changes to the Service

We're always improving the site, so we may add, change, or remove features, books, or membership benefits. We may also suspend or stop the service. Where reasonable, we'll give you notice of major changes.

Suspension and Termination

You can stop using the site and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, misuse the service, or engage in fraud. If your account is closed for breaking the rules, you may lose access to coins, memberships, and content without a refund.

Disclaimers

BlushReads is provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep it running smoothly, but we don't promise it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit every purpose. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties that aren't expressly stated here.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Hong Kong, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know on the site or by another reasonable method. By continuing to use the site after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
